Element Systems provides Maintenance contracts to small medium and large businesses
in the Folsom, Placerville and Tahoe area. Each contract is priced per computer
to be included in the contract. Each contract includes the following services:
Client Profile Creation
- One of our technicians will create a hardware log of every computer included in
the service contract. With these logs we will be able to research what updates are
needed for each computer and keep a record of when updates were applied.
Anti-Virus Update and Scan
- The most recent virus definitions will be downloaded and installed to ensure that
every computer included in the contract is as safe as can be from infection.
Spyware and Popup Removal
- All software updates will be installed followed by a full system scan of each computer
included in the contract. If no anti-spyware software is installed, upon request
we will install Spybot Search and Destroy to remove and prevent pop-ups and spyware
from infecting your systems.
Disk Defragmentation and Disk Space Clean Up
- Defragmentation will be run on all computers included in the contract to increase
and maintain computer performance. Disk Space Clean Up will delete all temporary
files, Temporary internet files and offline web pages to ensure that you have as
much free space as possible on your computer.
Software Startup Optimizer
- All programs and processes that the customer does not want running on startup will
be removed.
PC Clean
- One of our technicians will disconnect the computer, clean out all dust and dirt
from the computer and visually inspect all the hardware for defects or possible
failure.
Windows Update
- All computers will be given the latest windows updates and software to keep them
as secure as possible.
Driver Updates
- All hardware listed in the computer profiles will be updated with the most recent
updates available to insure that all hardware is running at its full potential.
All contracts also include 2 hours of free onsite or remote assistance on top of
the time negotiated in the contract. If more time is needed to fix a problem than
is provided by the contract all the extra time required will be discounted a minimum
20% discount.
