to view updates on their jobs and services with a click of the mouse.
Data is a priceless asset. Whether it is financial documents, contact information,
or family photos, the data on a hard drive is not as safe as one might think. As
technology grows and parts get smaller, it is becoming more difficult to repair
failed hard drives. With the increase in complexity for recovering data, comes an
increase in price. With Element Systems, data can be recovered at a fair, honest
price that is supported by a technical analysis of what happened to your hard drive
and what steps had to be taken to recover the data.
The turnaround for recovered data is set by the service level requested by the customer.
Standard jobs have a 4-5 business day turnaround, priority jobs have a 2-3 day turnaround,
and emergency jobs have a 1 day turnaround. If the evaluation is not completed in
the specified time and the data is recoverable, a $50 discount will be given to
standard jobs, a $100 discount will be given to Priority jobs and a $200 discount
will be given to emergency jobs. All expenses incurred to recovery a hard drive are
included as follows:
Standard service, $100
Priority service, $250
Emergency service, $500
During the recover process one of our engineers will provide constant updates of
how the drive is progressing in the recovery and where the drive will most likely
be placed in the pricing estimate. Upon completion of an evaluation, a list of files
recovered will be sent for review by the customer. After the list of files has been
reviewed, critical files from that list will be checked for integrity and a final
